Asuhan Keperawatan Keracunan Akut dan Overdosis Obat

Attempts to end one's life by use of excessive amounts of medication may be executed for many reasons. Active self-destructive behavior usually results from the patient's perception of an overwhelming catastrophic event in his life, in conjunction with the lack of appropriate coping strategies, and is visualized as a means of escape from the sensed threat to himself. Suicidal patients are frequently ambivalent about wanting to die, and may have visions of last-minute rescue.The suicidal person may feel despair (putus asa), guilt (rasa bersalah), shame (malu), hopelessness, boredom (bosan), depression, weariness (kelelahan), or dependency, and when the point is reached when the person perceives that life no longer has meaning and despair is overwhelming (sangat putus asa), the patient acts on those emotions (Comer, 1998)

Asuhan Keperawatan Glaukoma

A group of disorders, glaucoma is characterized by high intraocular pressure (IOP) that damages the optic nerve. Glaucoma may occur as a primary or congenital disease or secondary to other causes, such as injury, infection, surgery, or prolonged topical corticosteroid use.Primary glaucoma has two forms: open-angle (also known as chronic, simple, or wide-angle) glaucoma and angle-closure (also known as acute or narrow-angle) glaucoma. Angle-closure glaucoma attacks suddenly and may cause permanent vision loss in 48 to 72 hours (Mills, 2006).

FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PENYEMBUHAN LUKA PADA PASIEN POST-OPERASI DI IRNA BEDAH RUMAH SAKIT DR. MOHAMMAD HOESIN PALEMBANG

ABSTRAK

Luka adalah hilang atau rusaknya sebagian jaringan tubuh. Luka operasi dapat mengalami dehisensi atau infeksi yang disebabkan antara lain oleh faktor lokal seperti pendarahan, infeksi luka, jahitan kurang baik dan teknik operasi yang kurang baik dan faktor lain seperti keadaan umum kurang baik, karsinomatosis dan usia lanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan penyembuhan luka pada pasien post-operasi di Irna Bedah Rumah Sakit Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang. Menggunakan rancangan cross sectional, dengan 30 orang sampel, yang ditarik secara accidental sampling dan uji statistik yang digunakan adalah Chi-square. Delapan puluh persen responden adalah laki-laki, dan sebanyak 43,3 % berusia antara 18 – 60 tahun. Lama hari rawat; 6 hari sebesar 6,7%, 7 hari sebesar 5 6,7% dan lama rawat 8 hari sebesar 36,7%. Rata-rata lama hari rawat pasien dengan jenis operasi sedang adalah 7 hari. Ada hubungan signifikan antara hemoragi (p= 0.009), edema (p= 0.002), benda asing (p= 0.002), penumpukan drainase (p= 0.008), dan penanganan jaringan (p= 0.030) dengan penyembuhan luka post-operasi. Sementara itu, tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara usia (p= 0.682) dan stresor luka (p= 0.103) dengan penyembuhan luka post-operasi di Irna Bedah Rumah Sakit Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang Tahun 2005. Perlu dilakukan pemantauan terhadap luka operasi, agar dapat dideteksi sedini mungkin keadaan yang dapat memperburuk penyembuhan luka dan dapat menentukan tindakan yang tepat untuk mengatasinya. Penanganan jaringan pada saat perawatan luka harus memperhatikan prinsip aseptik sehingga kemungkinan terjadinya infeksi pada luka dapat dicegah. Bagi petugas, perlu diupayakan pendidikan dan pelatihan bagi perawat tentang perawatan luka, sehingga pengetahuan dan kemampuan perawat dalam memberikan asuhan memadai.

ABSTRACT

Wound is losed or damaged some of body tissue . Wound from operation can be the dehisensi or infection that caused by local factor like haemorrahage, infection, unfavourable of stitching or operation technique and the other factors, like unfavourable generality, karsinomatosis and old age. The purpose of this study is to know the relation factors with wound healing of patient post-operation on The Hospital of Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang. Using cross sectional study, with 30 sampels, what is pulled by accidental sampling and the statistic test by Chi- Square. From This study get Eighty percents responder is men, and 43,3% among 18 - 60 years. Length of stay (LOS) 6 days is 6,7%, 7 days is 56,7% and 8 days is 36,7%. mean of LOS the patient with the type operate for the medium is 7 days. There are relations signifikan between hemoragi (p= 0.009), oedema (p= 0.002), foreign object (p= 0.002), drainage heaping (p= 0.008), and network handling (p= 0.030) with wound healing of post operation. Behind that, there arent' relations signifikan too, between age ( p= 0.682) and wound stresor (p= 0.103) with wound healing of post-operation at IRNA Bedah in Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Hospital on Palembang at year 2005. Base of this study, the suggestion are require to be conducted by monitoring to wound healing, so can be detected early possible circumstance which can make worse the wound healing and can determine the correct action to overcome, prevent the infection with the aseptic principle while treatment wound tissue, require to be strived by education and training for nurse about wound care, so it can improve the knowledge and nurse ability in implementation.
